Are you sick and tired of being sick and tried? Do you feel like you keep making the same mistakes in your life over and over? Do you wake up stressed or depressed and feeling like this was not what you were expecting your life to look like? Are you exhausted by the relationships in your life and feel like you can't get your head above water?

While I work with a diversity of people, I specialize in working with LGBTQ individuals, couples and youth. As a Marriage and Family psychotherapist, I seek to help my clients find their way through the hardships that life can bring. I work with my clients focusing both on overcoming their current circumstances and developing tools and strategies that they can use moving forward in their lives. Through our work together, my clients have found that beginning on a path to healing does not have to be impossible or done alone.
